Residential Liftgate/Tailgate Service

Residential Tailgate / Liftgate services for freight class items incur an additional fee. Please select the relevant option when calculating shipping during the purchase to avoid any delays in the shipment.

When We Ship

  • Orders placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time are shipped on the same business day under normal circumstances.
  • Orders received after 1pm Eastern Standard Time will be sent out for shipment on the following business day.
  • Out of stock items will be shipped within 1 business day of restocking. No price adjustment will be made for the shipping charges as these items will still be shipped according to the originally requested method in the purchase order.
  • We will notify you via email within 1 business day if we cannot fulfill your order.

Where We Ship

  • We only ship to the address on file.
  • We ship to all 48 lower states of the United States of America.
  • For shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and Virgin Islands, buyers should contact us before making the purchase.

Tracking number

Upon completion of the shipping process, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Returns
Customers are accountable for all freight charges when returning defective items. Replacement parts will only be sent after our staff has inspected and verified the returned defective item.
